File source and copyright licensing problem with File:TROPICARE drive in.jpg

File Copyright problem
File Copyright problem

Thanks for uploading File:TROPICARE drive in.jpg. I noticed that the file's description page currently doesn't specify who created the content, so the copyright status is unclear. If you did not create this file yourself, you will need to specify the owner of the copyright. If you obtained it from a website, then a link to the website from which it was taken, together with a restatement of that website's terms of use of its content, is usually sufficient information. However, if the copyright holder is different from the website's publisher, their copyright should also be acknowledged.

As well as adding the source, we also need to know the terms of the license that the copyright holder has published the file under, usually done by adding a licensing tag. If you created/took the picture, audio, or video then the {{GFDL-self}} tag can be used to release it under the GFDL. If you believe the media meets the criteria at Wikipedia:Non-free content, use a tag such as {{non-free fair use in|article name}} or one of the other tags listed at Wikipedia:Image copyright tags#Fair use. See Wikipedia:Image copyright tags for the full list of copyright tags that you can use.

If you have uploaded other files, consider checking that you have specified their source and tagged them, too. You can find a list of files you have created in your upload log. Unsourced and untagged files may be deleted one week after they have been tagged, as described on criteria for speedy deletion. If the file is copyrighted under a non-free license (per Wikipedia:Fair use) then the file will be deleted 48 hours after 20:15, 2 May 2010 (UTC). If you have any questions please ask them at the Media copyright questions page. Thank you. Sfan00 IMG (talk) 20:15, 2 May 2010 (UTC)[reply]

This user is asking that his block be reviewed:

DingoateMyBabyyy (block logactive blocksglobal blockscontribsdeleted contribsfilter logcreation logchange block settingsunblockcheckuser (log))

Request reason:

Can you please unblock my account? I am not sure how the vandalism occurred but it was not me. I cannot even create another account because you have the IP address blocked from making new accounts. I will accept the fact that this account was used for vandalism and take the punishment, but you must give me a time limit as to how long that is. It doesn't seem fair to just block me forever with no way of creating a new account because the IP is shared. So I ask that you unblock the DingoateMyBabyyy account or at least block it for a period of time as punishment but now forever. Thank you.

Notes:

  • In some cases, you may not in fact be blocked, or your block has already expired. Please check the list of active blocks. If no block is listed, then you have been autoblocked by the automated anti-vandalism systems. Please remove this request and follow these instructions instead for quick attention by an administrator.
  • Please read our guide to appealing blocks to make sure that your unblock request will help your case. You may change your request at any time.
Administrator use only:

If you ask the blocking administrator to comment on this request, replace this template with the following, replacing "blocking administrator" with the name of the blocking admin:

{{Unblock on hold |1=blocking administrator |2= Can you please unblock my account? I am not sure how the vandalism occurred but it was not me. I cannot even create another account because you have the IP address blocked from making new accounts. I will accept the fact that this account was used for vandalism and take the punishment, but you must give me a time limit as to how long that is. It doesn't seem fair to just block me forever with no way of creating a new account because the IP is shared. So I ask that you unblock the DingoateMyBabyyy account or at least block it for a period of time as punishment but now forever. Thank you.  |3 = ~~~~}}

If you decline the unblock request, replace this template with the following code, substituting {{subst:Decline reason here}} with a specific rationale. Leaving the decline reason unchanged will result in display of a default reason, explaining why the request was declined.

{{unblock reviewed |1= Can you please unblock my account? I am not sure how the vandalism occurred but it was not me. So I ask that you unblock the DingoateMyBabyyy account or at least block it for a period of time as punishment but now forever. Thank you.  |decline = {{subst:Decline reason here}} ~~~~}}

If you accept the unblock request, replace this template with the following, substituting Accept reason here with your rationale:
