Orphan article about a living person noted for only this one event. The event fails WP:EVENT and the person fails WP:BIO1E.

Delete Agree with nom. A single event, and participant was the "human interest" element in the story, arguably not even the main subject of the story. --HighKing (talk)

Keep. BLP1E is just a guideline, not a hard and fast rule. She's notable enough to have had a book written about her. LemonMonday Talk 11:16, 24 April 2011 (UTC)[reply]
Honestly LM, why is it that you won't/can't perform even the basic research? For accuracy, she has not had a book written about her. The article does mention a book, but be aware that the the publisher is "Books LLC" and they are known for publishing books based on Wikipedia articles and categories - certainly the case here too. Check out the category of "Female Police Officers" on Wikipedia and compare to the book.... --HighKing (talk) 11:51, 24 April 2011 (UTC)[reply]
Regardless. The only reason you and Bjmullan are here is because the text of the arcticle includes British Isles. And I notice in the edit history of the article you've had a previous stab at this back in 2008, no doubt for the same reason. LemonMonday Talk 12:00, 24 April 2011 (UTC)[reply]
