Simon Lyndon (born February 1971, in [[London}} is an Australian actor who grew up in Fremantle WA. He is a WAAPA graduate. He played Jimmy Loughlin in Chopper with Eric Bana, for which he won an AFI award for Best Supporting Actor[1] and a Film Critics Circle of Australia Award for best supporting actor.[2] He received AFI nominations for Best Supporting Actor for Blackrock[1] (as "Ricko") and Best actor in a telefeature or mini-series for his role in My Brother Jack.[3] Other films include Fresh Air, Sample People, The Thin Red Line, From the Outside[4] Caught Inside,[5] Falling into Paradise,[6] The Glenmore Job[7] The Well and Dust off the Wings[8] He has appeared on stage That Eye the Sky, Blackrock, Cloudstreet and Popcorn.[4] His TV appearances include Police Rescue, Heartbreak High, Wildside,[4] Underbelly[9] Canal Road[10] and [[Spirited 2 (tv series).[11] He has directed Tamarama Rock Surfers productions of Road featuring among others Bojana Novacovitch]] Jeremy Cumpston Zena Cumpston) and Angie Milliken and Tamaram Rock Surfers production of Diary of a Madman starring Alan Morris | date = 10 May 1998 | title = Lyndon's march to madness | periodical = Sunday Telegraph }}</ref> In 2011 he played a younger Jack Thompson in Paper Giants - The Birth of Cleo Magazine, on ABC 1.
