Controversy

I think it might be worth including some sort of "controversy" section. There have been studies that have shown fairly conclusively that in most situations, "small ball" actually decreases the expected number of runs scored. I'm not sure of a good way to include this information in a NPOV manner though (although I personally don't feel that NPOV should apply when one side is demonstrably correct, but that's another issue).Mickeyg13 07:14, 16 September 2007 (UTC)[reply]

Calling sabermetrics "sabermetrics" is inappropriate and possibly using it as a pejorative. You would never see the word "evolution" written that way. —Preceding unsigned comment added by 128.62.82.105 (talk) 16:25, 9 April 2010 (UTC)[reply]

Whaddya mean? I just did!

See also

Does anyone else agree that the see also should also link to Whiteyball? Whiteyball seems to be a minor variation of small ball. scottm1212 03:40, 15 August 2009 (UTC)

Yup - I've added it. Mindmatrix 14:29, 15 August 2009 (UTC)[reply]
