Maayan Strauss is an Israeli artist and architect scholar.

Born in the 80's, she learned architecture in the Bezalel high school of arts in Jerusalem.

Strauss has exhibited in several galleries and art projects such as the "Sharon" - that suggests "an unlikely connection between the most affluent region in Israel, and the name of the Israeli PM." (from the exhibition's author text by Joshua Simon).

In 2004 she presented some of her photography works under the 'Givon And Bineth' Gallery in Tel Aviv. In the fall of 2004 a (now) popular magazine of poetry, art and ideas was named after her (Maayan), as she had also appeared (in a photography work of hers) on the cover of the magazine's first issue.

In 2005 Mayyan Strauss was involved in the short film Beautiful Tamar, as it's Narrator.
