RockLive is a gaming company that develops casual and social games for the iPhone and iOS (Apple) devices.

The company developed and launched its first successful game in November 2010 under the title Mad Chad, an exciting mobile game created together with Cincinnati Bengals Wide Receiver Chad Ochocinco.

More recently, RockLive launched its most successful game, Mike Tyson: Main Event for the iPhone.[1] bringing them to 2 million users, most coming from their new release. Mike Tyson: Main Event in Spring 2011.[2]

Founded by John Shahidi, Sam Shahidi and Jordan Palmer, the three grew up together and attended Mission Viejo High School.[3] As of March 2011, RockLive is a private company with offices in Irvine, CA.

At the 2011 SXSW, Mike Tyson made an appearance together with RockLive where he signed over 1,000 autographs and took pictures with fans.[4]
