Asiana Air Flight 991 (OZ991, AAR991) was an Asiana Airlines cargo flight between Incheon International Airport, South Korea and Shanghai Pudong International Airport, China, that crashed into the Pacific ocean off the coast of Juju Island, South Korea, on July 28, 2011. The aircraft, a Boeing 747-400, reportedly suffered mechanical problems and was attempting to return to Incheon International Airport. [1]
