The Palestine Commercial Historic District is located the city of Palestine, Crawford County, in the U.S. state of Illinois. The historic district is listed on the U.S. National Register of Historic Places. It was organized and added to the Register in March 2004. Five of Crawford County's seven Registered Historic Places are found in Palestine. The Fife Opera House, individually listed on the National Register, is located within the boundaries of the district, which includes parts of Palestine's 100, 200 and 300 blocks of Main Street.
