Car Accident

It's not true. See her Facebook wall, where she says: "Apparently people in The Escapist forums think Top 5 is on hiatus because I was in a car accident. This is not true, but if you guys could start exaggerating that rumor to ridiculous proportions, that'd be great. EXAMPLE: "I heard Lisa was driving when a tank made entirely out of chainsaws and acid-spitting lizards sawed off her torso and she is now being sewn back together by very intelligent dogs."" rpeh •TCE 20:50, 6 May 2011 (UTC)[reply]

Marriage

I noticed the matter of whether or not she is married seems to be a contentious matter for some time now. On the one hand, Foiles herself denies being married on her Twitter feed. On the other hand, there is literally photographic evidence] of her wedding to Joel, whom is easily recognizable, and the photo identifies "Lisa and Joel Brink." I can only speculate why there is this discrepancy. Here's two hypotheses from either side:

  • Foiles is lying. Reasons may include her career and a lot of her fan appeal is being a attractive young woman with many male fans, and she fears being labeled as "off the market" would put a dent in her fan base, and thus harm her career. Another reason might be she is very firm in her private life being just that, private.
  • The picture is a advertising "model shot" for Taylor Harmon. That is, Lisa and Joel are merely posing as a bride and groom to create a fake photo that Harmon can use for advertising his work. While a little implausible considering it names her and Joel, she is a professional model in addition to her other occupations.

Any thoughts?128.231.63.96 (talk) 13:00, 23 November 2011 (UTC)[reply]
