Friendly suggestions

Greetings ... I think people have somewhat enjoyed your last question posted at Wikipedia:Reference desk/Miscellaneous, but I think the time for humor is at an end. This is not a chat room or a forum. This is a place for people to ask specific questions and to hopefully get specific answers. We are in no position to offer opinions or advice on whatever personal hobbies you might have. So, please, let that be the last such question you ask on any Reference Desk page.

Moving on, I've noticed you've been adding a sort of user name along with the IP you're using. If you wish that to be your user name, then please go ahead and create an account using it instead of deleting the signature that SineBot has been appending to your posts. I did check and the name you've been adding is not in use, so you could use it as your user name. That said, I would give serious thought to how Wikipedia works (it's an encyclopedia, not a social site or a chat-room) before doing so. If you have any questions or concerns, please ask them here or on my talk page. Thanks.

Welcome to Wikipedia. Everyone is welcome to contribute to the encyclopedia, but when you add or change content, as you did to the article P-Star, please cite a reliable source for your addition. This helps maintain our policy of verifiability. See Wikipedia:Citing sources for how to cite sources, and the welcome page to learn more about contributing to this encyclopedia. Thank you. If this is a shared IP address, and you didn't make the edit, consider creating an account for yourself so you can avoid further irrelevant notices.
