Digitalk[1] is an annual technology conference, organized by the Bulgarian business newspaper Capital weekly. Digitalk aims to encourage a discussion between creative professionals, investors, entrepreneurs, and marketing executives on the future of the web.[2][3] The first conference was held at the Ivan Vazov National Theatre in Sofia, Bulgaria on September 26, 2011. Its topics addressed the influence of digital technologies on businesses and societies all over the world.[4] Past speakers include Matt Mullenweg, Horace Dediu, Felix Salmon, James McKelvey, co-founder of Square, Sasha Bezuhanova, and others.[5] The 2011 conference drew more than 700 people from all over Southeastern Europe.[6][7] Digitalk revolves around themes such as mobile marketing, online advertising, e-commerce, brand storytelling, entreprenership and investment.[8][9]

In 2011 the promotional campaign for Digitalk, created by Next-DC, won two golden awards from FARA, the Bulgarian main fair for advertising agencies.[10][11]
