Carlos Henrique "Caique" Elias, also known simply as "Caique", is a 7th degree Red and Black Belt in Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu (BJJ). Caique trained with Hélio Gracie and his sons at the original Gracie Humaitá academy in Rio de Janeiro, Brazil. Caique earned the distinction of being one of the best students at the academy, and was an instructor there for many years before coming to Torrance, California in 1996 to teach at the new Gracie Academy.

In 2001, Caique formed his own school, the Caique Jiu-Jitsu Academy (now in Lomita, California). He still actively teaches classes at his academy alongside his son, black belt Pedro Elias. When not teaching at the academy, Caique travels around the country holding seminars at the Caique jiu jitsu network of schools and hosting BJJ tournaments.

Caique is featured in the book "Grappling Masters" [1]. In March 2009, Caique was awarded his 7th degree red-and-black belt by Rickson Gracie. [2]
