Retitling section

I renamed the Allegations against Frank Connolly - Shooting the messenger section back to Alegations against Frank Connolly. WP:MOS suggest titles should be short plus Shooting the messenger is probably not the most neutral of headings. GainLine 17:43, 24 November 2009 (UTC)[reply]

Shouldn't there be a section on the final unpublished report on the DDDA, specifically conflict of interest of Fitzpatrick and Barrat being on both the boards of DDDA and Anglo also head of DDDA was McDowel's wife?
