Carlos Henrique "Caique" Elias (born October 30, 1957) is a 7th degree red-and-black belt master of Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu (BJJ). He trained with Hélio Gracie and his sons at the original Gracie Humaitá academy in Rio de Janeiro, Brazil. Caique earned the distinction of being one of the very few non-Gracies to receive his black belt and to teach at the academy. He taught at the original Gracie academy for many years before coming to Torrance, California, in 1996 to teach at the new Gracie Academy.

In 2001, Caique formed his own school, the Caique Jiu-Jitsu Academy. The school is now based in Lomita, California. He still actively teaches classes at his academy alongside his son, black belt Pedro Elias. When not teaching at the academy, Caique travels around the country holding seminars in the Caique Jiu-Jitsu network of schools and hosting BJJ tournaments.

Caique is featured in the book Grappling Masters.[1] In March 2009, he was awarded a 7th degree red-and-black belt by Rickson Gracie.[2]
