Rollback

(add requestview requests)

User:Glossologist

For the purposes described in WP:RBK#When to use rollback, e.g., speedy undoing obvious vandalism. —glossologist (talk) 22:20, 12 March 2012 (UTC)[reply]
FYI: I've been already using the rollback feature for almost two years at the Russian wiki. —glossologist (talk) 20:55, 14 March 2012 (UTC)[reply]
(Non-administrator comment) Just a reminder, user-rights and experience on other wiki's do not carry much weight on other projects. Mlpearc (powwow) 21:17, 14 March 2012 (UTC)[reply]
Not done. You have little to no recent experience fighting real vandalism here on Wikipedia. If you want the rollback tool, show us that you need it! Go to Special:RecentChanges and make 50 or so vandalism reverts, either with the undo function, or the userscript, Twinkle. Once you have done that, come back and request the tool again. -FASTILY (TALK) 12:08, 16 March 2012 (UTC)[reply]
Seems to be done. —glossologist (talk) 00:12, 17 March 2012 (UTC)[reply]

I am already a Rollbacker in ptwiki (where I use Huggle to fight vandalism) and I wish to experiment the differences between Wikipedia:STiki and Huggle. Rollback rights would be very useful. Chico Venancio (talk) 06:25, 22 March 2012 (UTC)[reply]
(Non-administrator comment) Your last obvious reversion of vandalism was in October 2007. Dishing out an only warning for this was not appropriate; however, your other reverts from 2007 seem fine. Pol430 talk to me 17:37, 26 March 2012 (UTC)[reply]

User:WheresTristan

My entire Wikipedia account is dedicated to Gnome work. I actually do enjoy cleaning up vandalism. Please consider granting me the Rollback feature. I would greatly appreciate it. I also plan on using the Huggle tool to help me fight vandals even better.WheresTristan (talk) 19:25, 22 March 2012 (UTC)[reply]
(Non-administrator comment) This revert should not have been labeled as vandalism. Nor should this—which looks more like a good faith test edit. Other than that, user has a fair bit of recent vandal fighting experience with TW and warns users appropriately. They're probably good to go... Pol430 talk to me 17:52, 26 March 2012 (UTC)[reply]

User:Dalisays

Reason for requesting rollback Dalisays (talk) 22:56, 22 March 2012 (UTC)[reply]

I would like to request rollback privileges. Recently, I have been responding to vandalism on the University of Hawaii page, and I think that it would be much easier to do so---as the vandalism continues---if I had the privilege. I think you will see after reviewing the article's history--that my contributions as such evidence my ability to judge the appropriateness of claims relative to sources provided. Dalisays (talk) 22:56, 22 March 2012 (UTC)[reply]

(Non-administrator comment) Only three edits to the University of Hawaii page (which did not concern the removal of obvious vandalism) combined with highly conservative use of the edit summary (56% for non-minor edits) conspire to make identifying this users' counter-vandalism experience difficult. I can't see any. Pol430 talk to me 17:59, 26 March 2012 (UTC)[reply]
Hi Pol430! Thanks for looking into my request. The University of Hawaii article and the University of Hawaii at Manoa article (the former I forgot to include in my original post) have recently been protected due to the vandalism. I would encourage you to look at my contributions to University of Hawaii at Manoa, in this regards going back to late February (considering as well that some of my contributions were rollbacked by others in the process of rolling back the actual vandalism). Dalisays (talk) 05:26, 27 March 2012 (UTC)[reply]

User:A412

Second request. Requesting for anti-vandalism. I think I have plenty of reverts now. A412 (TalkC) 01:07, 23 March 2012 (UTC)[reply]
(Non-administrator comment) Last 50-ish reverts look good. I have encountered this user at AfC where they have proven to be clueful. No concerns. Pol430 talk to me 10:20, 25 March 2012 (UTC)[reply]
 Done. Salvio Let's talk about it! 12:25, 25 March 2012 (UTC)[reply]

User:WilliamThweatt

For easier vandalism patrolling and also to be able to use Huggle. Thank you. William Thweatt Talk | Contribs 17:32, 23 March 2012 (UTC)[reply]
While you have only made few vandalism reversions, they all appeared correct; also, you have been here for a long time and seem to know your way around the project. This, basically, means that I trust you will not misuse this flag and, as such, I have granted it to you. However, please remember a. to only use rollback to revert obvious cases of vandalism and b. to always warn the vandals, after you undo their edit. Salvio Let's talk about it! 12:35, 25 March 2012 (UTC)[reply]

User:WOLfan112

I have requested and been denied 8 times. This time I have more edits (340), more reverts (100), more experienced (1month) and recently I have been a lot more accurate. I have made only 1 mistake in reverting someone's sand box edit. I am really sorry about this, but please note even experienced users make some mistakes. I have not made any big/major mistakes since Friday. UserWOLfan112 Talk 15:04, 25 March 2012 (UTC)[reply]
Not done per this ANI discussion. Salvio Let's talk about it! 09:57, 27 March 2012 (UTC)[reply]

Hi. Most of my contributions on Wikipedia are vandalism reverts. The two tools I mainly use are STiki and Lupin's tool. Although I'm quite happy with STiki at home, it does not work 90% of my free time (at work), so I'm usually forced to use Lupin's tool. It would help me a lot if I could have access to a better tool at work like Huggle. Thanks! P0150neD r1Ce asian 21:45, 25 March 2012 (UTC)[reply]
(Non-administrator comment) Seriously, you revert vandalism on your lunch break!? That's dedication... Last 50 or so reverts look fine. No concerns. Pol430 talk to me 18:16, 26 March 2012 (UTC)[reply]

Thanks a lot guys. I revert stuff during lunch break cuz there's not much else to do :P ... Can't wait to try out Huggle!!! P0150neD r1Ce asian 21:42, 26 March 2012 (UTC)[reply]

I have abandoned my old account User:Noformation and would like my rollback rights transferred to this account. Old account will no longer be used, of course, but I will log in to it and sign here so that you know it's me. Saedon (talk) 00:26, 26 March 2012 (UTC)[reply]
