Rollback

(add requestview requests)

This is a request for rollback privilege to be from my account. I don't use it and I want to avoid the risk of accidentally doing it on my smartphone. TS 15:48, 28 May 2012 (UTC)[reply]
Done Rollback has been removed from your account. I note that you were one of the first people to have received the userright when it came out, though! :) Acalamari 15:53, 28 May 2012 (UTC)[reply]
Not done (For the bot, as it checks if rollback is on the account). --Thine Antique Pen (talkcontributions) 14:27, 4 June 2012 (UTC)[reply]
I request rollback permission as I want to be able to revert vandalism more quickly. Btw, I want to explain for some of my unusual blanking edit. It's not my fault, it's my computer error which sometimes empties a page when I edit it (including undo action) so please don't consider it vandalism. I am admin at Commons so I understand the tool. Thank you Morning Sunshine (talk) 09:14, 7 June 2012 (UTC)[reply]
Done I'm going to grant this but there is due some explanation. If I considered you on your enwiki contributions alone, as I am really supposed to, then I would have to say that you only have very recent (in the last day) vandalism experience before requesting this userright. I also noticed you havent warned any of the vandals you've been reverting. Generally, I like to see ~50 vandalism reverts and a few weeks of reverting before I give out rollback. I'm making an exception in your case because I see a lot of work done as a filemover and I see you are a commons sysop which gives me reason to think you have some level of clue and are somewhat trustworthy. So I am going to give you the right, but please make sure you warn vandals using the appropriate 4-level warning system and AIV if neccessary so administrators can block. See Wikipedia:Vandalism#How_to_warn_vandalizing_users.--v/r - TP 13:40, 7 June 2012 (UTC)[reply]
Hello, I would like to have the rollback rights because I revert quite a lot vandalism on de:WP with Huggle, and would like do so here too. LZ6387 (talk) 15:21, 7 June 2012 (UTC)[reply]
Not done I am sure you do great work on the German Wikipedia, but we need to see more anti-vandalism work on the English Wikipedia before granting rollback here. Sorry. Come back when you have about 50 reverts and 200 edits.--v/r - TP 02:21, 9 June 2012 (UTC)[reply]
Reason for requesting rollback Woodywoodpeckerthe3rd (talk) 22:02, 7 June 2012 (UTC)[reply]

I have done a considerable number of edits reverting vandalism, these largely being edits by user 76.231.29.39, and I plan to do more of this in the future with other users, having this feature will save me some time. (edit: looking at the other editors applying I realize I'm relatively inexperienced, so if it's understandably knocked back I'll just re-apply sometime in the future when I've done more edits) Thanks Woodywoodpeckerthe3rd (talk) 22:02, 7 June 2012 (UTC)[reply]

I have recently worked against vandalism on Wikipedia, watching the recent changes page (specifically the 'section blanking', 'text at the end' and 'libelism' tags to clean up pages from bad-faith edits. I have the knowledge of what is vandalism and what isn't. Thanks.) Hahc21 [TALK][CONTRIBS] 22:16, 7 June 2012 (UTC)[reply]
Requesting rollback to more efficiently counter Vandalism. Specifically I would like to use Igloo and Rollback is a required right to be able to do so. If you have any questions please leave a message for me :-) ♥ Solarra ♥ ♪ Talk ♪ ߷ ♀ Contribs ♀ 13:08, 8 June 2012 (UTC)[reply]

I have significant experience in fighting vandalism on Wikipedia, and I hope that by being granted a Rollback right I will fight the vandalism with greater ease. Mr.Wikipediania (StalkTalk) 05:11, 9 June 2012 (UTC)[reply]
Hello. I'd like to request rollback so I can continue my efforts in countervandalism with more ease. (with software such as huggle specifically). Thank you for your time. ΚΛΤΛΝΛGØDΤλłκ 06:51, 9 June 2012 (UTC)[reply]
