In 2009, Special Broadcasting Service (SBS) commissioned Fredbird Entertainment, Graham's independent production company, to produce Zumbo (TV series),[8]an Australian observational documentary television series following patissier Adriano Zumbo at his Balmain kitchen.[9] More recently, Craig's Fredbird Entertainment subsequently produced Once Upon a Time in Cabramatta, initially supported by Screen Australia [10]and then later commissioned by Special Broadcasting Service (SBS). The first episode attracted 620,000 viewers. [11]
