This is a Committee made for cats, based on cats, and for Wikipedian Cat Lovers.

This Committee will have cat experts, cat lovers, cat fanatics, and cat pictures to help with Wikipedia articles. After all, Wikipedia is an encyclopedia.

Committee Jobs

  1. Upload Cat images and put them on the subpage of images
  2. Add raw data about cats, so editors can process the data and put it in a cat-related article.
  3. Get as many members as possible
  4. Add more to this list
  5. Create more userboxes
  6. Make this page look nicer

  3. Tell us something about your cat(s) (description, age, etc.}
  4. State your obsession level with cats:
    • 5 = You are totally obsessed with cats -- You think you can talk to them, you act like them, you believe you are them, you quit your job just to be with them, because you think they will find you a new job.
    • 4.2 = You know everything about cats
    • 4.1 = You are always thinking about cats
    • 3 = You love cats
    • 2 = You care about cats
    • 1 = You like cats
    • 0 = You are neutral about cats.

  2. I currently own a sealpoint birman called Dante. I have had 2 previous cats; a male tabby that died of Cancer when he was 7 years old, and a female seal tortie birman that died of FIP when she was 4 months old. Altogether, my family owns (and has owned) 7 cats.
  3. Dante is 7 months old, and absolutely huge – as big as an adult cat!

  3. Sam(I named her Samantha Leah di Vinci long ago) is the skinny one and knocks down my stuff. Leo(I named him Leonardo Samuel di Vinci :P) is the fat one, is lazy, and was once caught taking a nap in a sink. Except they both equally cough up stuff on the floor. :P

My cat is playful, and I say he is pretty, iI love my cat!, he is a birman cat, I decided to call him meñe, because my little brother had language problems, and he couldn't say Pequeño(that is small or little in spanish) he said: Meñero, and was like Peque (Meñe), because I had a cat that now is dead :'(, that was called Boni(Bonifacio Pitones Irigoyen) and was his son and is like my deceased cat, so that's the reason, and he is 4 months old, he is a male.

  3. My cats name's are Patches (pictured) and Smokey (technically my brother, Green451's cat, but Smokey likes me better). It's not to hard to figure out their colours from their names, Patches is black and white, and Smokey is grey (Korat coloured, not Russian Blue coloured) and has georgous green eyes. They are both six years old, and where both adopted from a shelter as kittens at the same time, though they aren't siblings.

  3. Jeffy is 15, we call him the profesor, he's a tuxedo cat, mostly black, he's my buddy sort of my favorite... but they all are! He licks the tears off my eyes when I'm sad.... "Echo is 6, My wifes favorite, a little girl cat. An Oriental short hair. Nice dispositon but hates my youngest one Gismo." "Gismo: Hmmm... He's almost three. He looks somewhat like "Pharaoh Hound's" cat "Patches." He's strange! If I leave a bag of sugar on the floor he will rip it open and make a mess. He jumps on me in the morning to wake me up. I can't sit alone for 5 minutes with out him jumping up. He's as big as some dogs. He acts like a dog chasing Echo. He's not stupid... just way out there. I hope he grows up SOON! He's white and black. We lost a beautiful 15 year old black cat named Demon about 8 months ago. We are sad still and miss him. He was family. My eldest cat Jeffy and he had an understanding of sorts."
  4. 5 - I talk to my cats constantly and have since they were kittens. I will say: "Jeff, Do you want some Coffee? And he goes to the kitchen waiting for his morning cream. Thier all indoor cats, but we let them go out on our contained balcony several times a day. They form a line. Very patient at first but then demanding! Our elderly neighbors let them in sometimes from our shared balcony too. Pretty Bad, Constanly talk about them.

  3. Parker -> he's fat and he eats like Garfield. He sleeps ALL day and then meows at you to go outside at 11:00 p.m. He loves to lay in people's laps to the point where he will hiss at you if you try to get up. Squirrel -> she is the opposite of Parker. She is extremly skittish and she loves the outdoors. She will let you pet her only if you move towards her very, very slowly. I don't really have any pics but Parker is black and white randomly and Squirrel looks like a squirrel.
  4. Maybe a 3.... I love them to death but I don't have a lot of time between tennis and homework.
