Brian Hallisay (born October 31, 1978) is an American actor best known for his role as Will Davis in The CW television series Privileged.

Early life

Born in Washington, D.C., Hallisay attended Gonzaga College High School, a Roman Catholic Jesuit high school for boys, located in Washington, DC. graduating in 1996. Later, he graduated from Cornell University with a degree in Economics and History. After college and before moving out to Los Angeles he was working on Wall Street. He says, " I was slaving away at that and I had a really good time with it, but it got to the point where I said, "You know, I had always dreamed about seeing what acting was all about and television."[1]

Career

Brian Hallisay has been on television since 2005. He made his first television appearances on Fox's The Inside, with Rachel Nichols and Adam Baldwin, as well as Lifetime's Strong Medicine, opposite Patricia Richardson.

On The CW's drama Privileged, Hallisay played Will Davis, a charming and wealthy Palm Beach bachelor who is delighted to learn that his next-door neighbors have hired a beautiful tutor named Megan Smith (Joanna García).

Hallisay appeared opposite John Leguizamo in the television feature, A.K.A., directed by Kevin Rodney Sullivan. He continued in various series, such as Jerry Bruckheimer's Without A Trace and Meredith Stiehm's Cold Case. Since then, he has landed roles in Bones, Medium, Bionic Woman, and CSI: NY, opposite Gary Sinise.

His feature debut came with Erik MacArthur's Bottoms Up, starring Paris Hilton and Jason Mewes. Hallisay played the boyfriend to Hilton, a socialite who helps Mewes save his failing small-town restaurant. In 2011 Hallisay was cast in the third intallment of Hostel where he played the lead character, the film released in direct-to-dvd film.

In 2012, Hallisay appeared in The CW hit TV series Ringer in one episode, and he signed a deal with Lifetime Television Network to appear as recurring character in the up-coming television drama series The Client List. However in April 10, 2012 he has been promoted into series regular starting in episode seven.

Personal life

Hallisay is Catholic he needs to be born again Christian and trust God . He has stated in an interview that he lives by the beach and when he's not working in Hollywood he likes to stay as close to the ocean as possible and frequently goes to Malibu to run by the ocean. He said that he likes to stay as active as possible, loves to watch movies and is an avid reader. He stated that he just stays low-key.
