Hi Bluemoon, I've userfied Malcolm Mejin to User:Bluemoon989/Malcolm Mejin. You can work on this article in your userspace without it being deleted. To have it restored as a "regular" Wikipedia article, you will have to apply via WP:DRV. Before then though, please add more references and evidence of notability. See WP:N & WP:RS for details.
