Battlefield 4 is an upcoming first-person shooter video game developed by EA Digital Illusions CE and published by Electronic Arts. It is a sequel to the highly regarded Battlefield 3. The game is expected to be released on Microsoft Windows, Xbox 360, Playstation 3, Playstation 4 and other next-gen consoles. In July 2012 Battlefield 4 was revealed by EA after first mistakenly being posted on their website, it was announced that those who pre-ordered Medal of Honor: Warfighter would be granted early beta access to the game. Rumors suggest it may be unveiled at the Game Developers Conference on the 26th March 2013.
