ThePolytechnic University of the Philippines Santo Tomas or PUP-STB (Filipino: Politeknikong Unibersidad ng Pilipinas Santo Tomas ) is a PUP campus located in A. Bonifacio St. Poblacion II, Santo Tomas, Batangas, Philippines, offering bachelor and diploma programs. The campus also offers masters' degree programs through the Open University in PUP Santo Tomas.

The campus was established through a Memorandum of Agreement (MOA) between the University under the leadership of Dr. Nemesio Prudente and the Municipal Government of Santo Tomas under Hon. Leopoldo Laurel Jr. in 1991.[1]

The university is the one and only university in the Municipality of Santo Tomas, Batangas.

Campus

The campus is located inside the municipal center of Santo Tomas, Batangas adjacent to the Municipal Hall and the Public Market with an estimated land area of 1.2 hectares.

Main Building (MB)

The Main Building(also known as Admin Building) and now named Hon. Leopoldo Laurel, Jr. Building is a two storey building located at the west of the campus. It houses most of the administration offices which are the Director's Office, Admissions and Registrar's Office, & Administrative Office. It also houses the IT Laboratory and ECE Laboratory.

New Building (NB)

The New Building is a 4-storey and largest building located at the east side of the campus. It houses almost all the colleges (CAF, CSSD, CBA, CCIS, CE, CTHTM, and ITech), and administrative offices (Collecting & Disbursing Office, Accounting Office, and Cashier).

Cultural Building

The Cultural Building is 3-storey building located right behind the entrance of the campus. It houses the Cultural Hall, the COEd, the offices of the cultural organizations, the ROTC office, the PUP Sto. Tomas Varsity locker room, and the Cafeteria.

PUP Sto. Tomas Gymnasium

The PUP Sto. Tomas Gymnasium is where all the P.E. classes are held. It also serves as the event center of the PUP Sto. Tomas community and other neighboring institutions in Santo Tomas.
