References

Out of the four references cited in the article, one is from a company selling solar lights and other accessories.

Another is a paper behind a paywall (ieee explore) that is publicly accessible.

The third reference is 'page not found'.

The fourth one works- but really does not provide any useful information about solar street lights!

IS IT really such a high tech topic that so few relevant information can be provided?
