Robin Mays (born June 6, 1976), known by his stage name Lil Rob, is a American music producer raised in Queens, New York. He is CEO and manages his production company 6 Shot Music inc.

Lil Rob has produced for a number of hip-hop and r&b artists which include Ja Rule, Jay-Z, DMX, Memphis Bleek, Foxy Brown, Funkmaster Flex, DJ Clue, Mic Geronimo, Cha Cha (rapper), Ashanti, Aaliyah, Tank. Lil Rob has also contributed to movie soundtracks: Rush Hour, Belly, and How To Be A Playa.

Lil Rob produced many popular hit singles including "Can I Get A" by Jay-Z featuring Amil & JaRule, "Between Me And You, Livin' It Up, I Cry" by JaRule, "Hot Spot" by Foxy Brown, "Come Back In One Piece" by Aaliyah featuring DMX.
