OMA Client Provisioning is a device management protocol specified by the Open Mobile Alliance (OMA) Device Management (DM) Working Group. The OMA CP protocol covers WAP provisioning with minimal user interaction, typically over-the-air or via SIM Card. The current specification of OMA CP is version 1.1, with the latest modifications released in July 2009.[1]
