Coordinate error

{{geodata-check}}

The following coordinate fixes are needed for France II. Check out where the placemarker falls when you click the existing coordinates. They're over land. Anyone know where they belong? —71.222.105.36 (talk) 03:57, 14 May 2013 (UTC)[reply]

 Not done. The current coordinates indicate a location on a reef offshore of New Caledonia, which appears to be the correct site of the wreck. Check the Google Maps and Bing Maps links; what mapping service aare you using? Deor (talk) 12:36, 14 May 2013 (UTC)[reply]

this is not particularly accurate

from the article, "Because of fallen cargo rates her owner refused to pay to tow her free from the Ouano reef by a tug boat which was absolutely possible." When a ship is abandoned, anybody can salvage it, so anybody including anybody passing by could have taken her if it were worth it, so it must not have been. 68.174.97.122 (talk) 14:26, 30 October 2013 (UTC)[reply]
