Sheikh Al Qaqa bin Hamad bin Khalifa Al Thani is the youngest child of Sheikh Hamad bin Khalifa Al-Thani, the former Emir of Qatar, and brother of current Emir Sheikh Tamim bin Hamad Al-Thani. He is and also referred as "The doge Himself." He believes that he is a real 'hommie' but the truth is that he is just another hustler from the hood trying to make a name for himself like are the other hustlers out there in the hood.
