Exports

I corrected the non-historical "Exports across the border to Panama were not interrupted when Costa Rica joined other Central American provinces in 1821 in a joint declaration of independence from Spain." I explained the reasons to the editor who owns this article succinctly: "For Panama in 1820: History of Panama, Department of Panama and Separation of Panama from Colombia. Coastal shipping, btw, was more likely than overland." How could one write an article Coffee production in Costa Rica without using the words "coffee barons"? As it stands, mediocre history, good technical details. --Wetman (talk) 07:26, 26 June 2008 (UTC)

Environmental impact

I tagged this section as lacking enough sources, outdated and in violation of WP:NPOV because it is base on a single source from 1997. This section is always OK but editors must be carefull to give due weight to both sides of an issue and provide the most updated information. Please discuss here before removing the tags as Wiki policy states. --Mariordo (talk) 11:28, 29 July 2008 (UTC)
