Verdigris Technologies is a venture-backed[1] technology startup founded in 2010 by Mark Chung.[2] Verdigris product, Building.ai, is a hardware and software solution, based on the concepts of Nonintrusive load monitoring, monitoring every electrical device in a building by means of monitoring the electrical feeds coming off of the building's circuit panel. Early customers include City of San Jose, Autodesk, and Netflix.[3] Verdigris participated in the Stanford accelerator, StartX.[4] Verdigris currently has an office at the NASA Ames Research Park in Moffett Federal Airfield.
