About Sarah Smiling Again

  • Sarah isn't my real name. I pulled this name from a Hall and Oates hit called "Sarah Smile."
  • I'm a bit of an enigma - lost in translation. Those who believe they know me usually miss the bull's eye.
  • I say I'm strange and complicated; others say I'm just normal and overly complex in my non-complexity.
  • I'm quieter than the pauses between the sussurant rustling of leaves, yet louder than wind gusts.
  • I have a voracious appetite for all printed things.
  • Photoshop and I have an ongoing affair.
  • I love music -- especially everything Brazilian. I also love hip hop, jazz, the blues, latin, deep house, idm, alternative, world, reggae, salsa, tango, classical, bluegrass, etc;, etc; depending on my moods.
  • Politics, history, religion, mythology, astronomy, physics, and deep space fascinate me.
  • Sports bore me..unless..it's my team playing (wheee!)
  • I am interested in equal rights for women, but I am not a feminist.
  • I am interested in equal rights for all, and not just the select few.
  • I love .00000000000001 percent of human beings and I don't care for the rest.
  • My sweet tooth is delicious eyecandy.
  • My favorite painter is Mark Rothko. I also love Paul Klee.
  • My favorite philosophies dadaism, existentialism, and transcendentalism.
  • I love African-American literature, English Literature, American literature, Russian Literature, Caribbean Literature
  • I devour anime - Ghost in the Shell, Neon Genesis Evangelion,Trigun, Paranoia Agent, s-CRY-ed, Cowboy Bebop, Eureka Seven, and Samurai Champloo.
