Ellington Lee Ratliff (born April 14 of 1993) is a Actor, musician and dancer American. Ellington, or better known as Ratliff , is the drummer of the American band R5, together with the brothers Riker Lynch, Rocky Lynch, Ross Lynch and Rydel Lynch.

Personal life

Ellington Ratliff, born and raised in Los Angeles, California, son of George Ratliff and Ratliff Cheryl Baxter. Her mother and grandmother are dance teachers, hence their artistic talents. As a child he showed love for the arts, so he decided to learn to play guitar. Later he became interested in the drums and became professional.

His parents met in a Broadway show called "Sophisticated Ladies". The music was Duke Ellington, hence the name, Lee is the name of the father of Cheryl. Ellington is only child of George and Cheryl, but before marrying George Cheryl, had another wife with whom he had three children. The three of them were actors in the "Mighty Ducks Disney Movie".

Ellington has a great love for mustaches toy from the video-cover "Love Me", originally from Justin Bieber with R5. Both his mother and he love saga Harry Potter. Ratliff was in a relationship for 4 years with Kelly Voosen and broke in September / October 2013.[1]

Early career

Early in his career, he was a member of the dance team of "So You Think You Can Dance" program, along with the Lynch brothers.

He met the Lynch siblings at a dance company called the rage. They shared more than a year working together.

He began playing guitar, and then took drum lessons. One day the Lynch brothers heard drumming in which they liked his playing, until they make you Ratliff proposed to the band as part of his latest missing.

Ellington leads the dance in its roots: his mother is choreographer and grandmother, 84, has a dance studio, where he continues to teach 200 students per day.

He has been on television and in the Muppets and a chapter Pilot Victorious[2]
