As far the UNESCO application goes, applying and receiving the designation are quite different and these are related to Tahtib--not to Boulad. Papaursa, I mention both official mandat from official Egyptian state agencies, Ministry of sport commission, ministry of cultur and the permante delegation of egypt to the UNESCO, both mandat are nominatively affected to Boulad and i guess can be concidered as notable. Ps I'm new on the wikipedia governacy sorry for any error.
