Winx Club season 6

Story

The Trix are back and take over Cloud Tower and ally themselves with a new witch from Earth, Selina. Selina possesses an extremely powerful and dangerously indestructible magical book called the Legendarium. In its pages are all the various myths, fables and legends of all worlds of the magic universe and can make mythical creatures come to life simply by reading them out loud. In order to stop the Trix and Selina, the Winx Club must achieve a new transformation, Mythix, and search for Eldora; a fairy godmother who is the only one who knows how the lock the evil book for good.

The sixth season had first premiered in the United States on September 29, 2013 with the episode "Inspiration of Sirenix". This season is formatted in HD and partially in 2D hand-drawn animation and 3D computer animation as with the fifth season. The show went on hiatus from February 16, 2014 to May 17,2014. However, Nickelodeon has not aired any new episodes on TV since February 16. It is unknown if Nickelodeon will continue to air the last ten episodes on the website or on its TV channel.

The people of planet Domino celebrate the long awaited return to life of Princess Daphne. Daphne tries to adapt herself at having a living body again and mourns over her disconnection from her powers. The Trix use the Beast of the Depths to crash the party. The Winx must find the Inspiration of Sirenix to help Daphne regain her both self-confidence and her full Sirenix powers. When the Winx realize that they are the Inspiration of Sirenix, they inspire Daphne into having faith in herself and she transforms into her Sirenix form for the first time and orders the Beast of the Depths to return to the seas. The party then continues.

Daphne starts teaching at Alfea College as the History of Magic teacher. At Cloud Tower, a freshman witch from Earth named Selina introduces herself and shows the dark powers of the Legendarium, an extremely powerful magical book that can make myths and legends come to life. Back at Alfea, the pixies and students are celebrating Faragonda's one hundredth anniversary as headmistress of Alfea. The Trix take over Cloud Tower and turn Griffin into a crow, and Selina allies with them.

The Winx travel to Flora's home world, Lynphea, to visit the Specialists. When the Trix attack, the Winx attempt to fight back but they are stripped of all of their powers when they confront the Legendarium; except Bloom since her Dragon Flame cannot be extinguished. Bloom then shares her Dragon Flame with her friends so that they will earn a new transformation when they perform actions worthy of real fairies.

The Trix have a strong hold over Lynphea College as the Treants continue to overwhelm the students. With limited powers, the Winx Club are forced to retreat to Alfea where they focus on further increasing their inner strength, enlisting the help of both the Specialists and Paladins. The Winx Club and the boys return to Lynphea to fight the Treants. Flora saves her younger sister, Miele, and gains her new Bloomix transformation. Selina also summons the flying basilisks to deal with Bloom and the Specialists, who are attacking Cloud Tower. Note: This episode and The Golden Auditorium aired as a one hour special

Stella and Aisha have the bravery and intelligence to avoid the flying basilisks and they earn their vast Bloomix powers. Daphne receives an invitation to the Golden Auditorium. Selina then summons the Pandemonium Sprites to drown the Winx Club with their deafening sonic shrieks. Musa and Tecna, putting their differences aside, stop the sprites and gain their Bloomix powers as well. The Trix head to Eraklyon Institute, where they encounter Diaspro, who wants to team up with the Trix to get her revenge on Bloom.

Preparations of the coronation of Daphne, the Crown Princess of Domino, are in full swing. However, with the orders from the Trix, Diaspro is in charge of ending Bloom. Bloom has also grown weak since she shared part of her Dragon Flame with the Winx Club. Diaspro schemes to throw Bloom into the Vortex of Flames, which is underneath the palace of Domino. In addition, Selina uses the Legendarium to call forth the fire eaters to deal with the rest of the Winx Club.

In class at Alfea, Faragonda asks Daphne to take the Winx to Earth to find a way to close the Legendarium for good. The Trix disguise themselves as students to accompany them and sabotage their efforts, while Selina remains at Cloudtower. While flying around the world, they find the library of Alexandria. However, Selina summons the ancient mummies to stop the Winx in their tracks.

In Egypt, the Winx defeat the mummies; Selina then calls up the Sphinx to attack the Winx and the city of Alexandria. Meanwhile, Acheron (trapped within the Legendarium) tells Selina to seek out the diary from the library, or else he'll be locked in the book forever. While fighting the Sphinx, the Trix (disguised as Alfea fairies) cause chaos, but the Winx and Pixies resolve it. Bloom goes to find the diary in the library, which she does. To her surprise, she also finds Selina, who is revealed to an old best friend of Bloom's when they were kids. Note: As of May 18, 2014 this episode is the last episode to air on Nickolodeon's Television network.

The Winx, Daphne, and the pixies continue the search for the fairy godmother, Eldora, and arrive in China. They visit the Temple of the Green Dragon, one of the places visited by Eldora. Thanks to the pixies, the disguise of the Trix is discovered and they retreat. The Winx come to the Temple, where Lu Wei, the last dragon tamer lives. Though initially reluctant to provide information to the Winx, he agrees to help when the Winx defeat the green dragons summoned by Selina. In gratitude, Lu Wei tells the Winx that Eldora often said that she was going to retire at the place where her favorite flower grew and gives it to the Winx as a clue. However even Flora did not know the type of flower.

Roxy breaks the Trix's spell on Griffin, and the three girls the Trix had ambushed and took on their appearances. Selina shows up at Alfea and lies to Bloom that the Trix captured her, but she managed to escape. Sky has his suspicions. Bloom, takes Selina in the Alfea greenhouse where she sneaks, around causing chaos. Griffin wakes up and reveals that Selina is evil and is allied with the Trix. Sky rushes off to find Flora on the ground and Bloom almost unwittingly feeding her poison that Selina disguised as medicine. After the professor gives her a potion, Flora uses her nature/earth-related magic to calm things down. Feeling guilty because of what happened with Selina, Bloom leaves the Winx Club and returns home to her adoptive parents, Mike and Vanessa, in Gardenia.

The Winx are falling apart without Bloom. Meanwhile in Gardenia, Bloom is alone and upset. The pixies can't take it and go to get Bloom back. While in her room Bloom notices the place that she played in as kids is where Eldora lives. Selina summons the children of the night and orders them to attack Bloom, and the pixies fight them at first. Bloom senses that her bonded pixie, Lockette, is in danger and goes to help. At Alfea, Flora tells everyone that Eldora lives in Gardenia. Bloom and the pixies are in danger when the Winx learn of this through their strong telepathic connection with their bonded pixies and prepare to go to Earth to help Bloom.

In Gardenia, Bloom is flying away from the children of the night. Selina orders the monsters and people under their control to attack Bloom's house. The Winx show up and chase the vampires off. The Winx tell Bloom about Eldora and Bloom tells them she knows. They call Daphne who tells them about the vampires. The Winx go to a fashion show and are ambushed except for Stella who is signing up for a show. Following the vampires to an old mausoleum, Stella turns the vampires to dust and frees the people. She is able to create her designs in time for the show thanks to Bloom and wins. She gives the trophy to Bloom who is proud at the gesture.

The Trix are observing the Winx and see them going where Eldora lives. The Winx meet Eldora, who explains her past connection with Selina. The Trix leave to go attack Eldora's house and there is a battle between the Winx and the Trix. Selina then summons ghosts that the Winx are unable to fight until Eldora steps in and destroys the ghosts, and the Trix retreat. The Winx ask Eldora to help beat the Trix and save Selina from Acheron's evil influence. She accepts and comes out of retirement.

Eldora tells the Winx Club that they must obtain Mythix. They go to Tir Nan Og to see Queen Nebula who shows to the Winx the seven Mythix scepters that can only used by proving themselves worthy of their great power. The Trix greatly strengthen and enhance their powers and reject Selina's demand to have hers exceptionally strengthened as well, and they go to Tir Nan Og to battle the Winx. Selina goes to Tir Nan Og and absorbs a fraction of Bloom's mighty Dragon Flame in order to free her master, Acheron, before being overpowered by Bloom. Bloom later destroys the necklaces that greatly magnifies the Trix's abilities, and they retreat. Having proven themselves worthy, the Winx Club evolve into Mythix fairies and enter the Legendarium world for the first time.

In order to lock the Legendarium, the Winx must use their new Mythix wands to find the fantasy emerald. The Winx, Specialists and Paladins travel to Calavera to find the emerald that's hidden on a sunken pirate ship. Eldora informs the group that the emerald does not exist in the real world. Instead, they must go into the Legendarium world to seek it. In an attempt to get rid of the Trix once and for all, Selina sends them into the Legendarium world to annihilate the Winx, but does not tell them of the increasingly limited time they have in the fictional world.

Both the Winx and the Trix must fight against the zombie pirates that inhabit the pirate ship within the Legendarium. If the Winx do not make it out of the Legendarium in time, they can be stuck in the book forever. Eldora comes and warns the Winx about this fact and Icy overhears and the Trix leave. The pirates are still putting up a fight with the Winx. Bloom sneaks off and finds the emerald. The Winx Club leave just in time and meet up with Daphne and the guys. The Trix scold Selina about the fact about becoming fictional characters themselves forever if they stay in the book too long. She covers for herself by saying she had no clue and the Winx could be trapped. Selina sends the Occulta back to get the Winx. After a long fight against the zombies, Bloom uses her Friendship Flame spell to transform the island people into fairies and they blast the ship with pure Dragon Fire. The pirates retreat, leaving the island alone and go back into the Legendarium world. The Winx Club enjoy their first victory while the Trix swear that the next time they go into the Legendarium world, they won't be so lucky.

The Winx, Daphne and Eldora search for the Silver Spear in Alfea's Magic Archive. They learn it is in Fearwood Forest, Canada and (with the Specialists and Paladins) head there. On her master Acheron's orders, Selina unleashes Werewolves from the Legendarium to attack the Winx to prevent them from finding the Sliver Spear. Selina gives Icy more snowy/icy-based powers from the Legendarium. Icy goes to Fearwood Forest to stop the Winx. She freezes Helia's heart, and a furious Flora goes alone into the Legendarium world to rescue her beloved boyfriend from the Snow Queen's frozen clutches.

Flora manages to defeat Icy the Snow Queen and rescue Helia. However, Helia's heart itself is frozen with dark ice and not even Daphne's immensely strong healing abilities (from the all-powerful Dragon Fire) can save him. Meanwhile, Icy attacks the town of Fearwood and freezes everything and everyone in solid ice and snow. The Winx club go into battle and eventually defeat Icy the Snow Queen and save Fearwood forest. Having found the Silver Spear, they merge it with the Fantasy Emerald and finally create the Legendarium key.

Stella becomes Queen of Solaria but for one day. Darcy turns Cloud Tower invisible, which prevents the Winx Club from using the key to lock the Legendarium for good, and the Trix head to Solaria. Selina summons Solaria's mythical Light Orcs to deal with them. Soon, Stella gets a mad craving for power and starts attacking Bloom and Aisha. Flora resolves this and Stella is put into holding until the craving wears off. An angry Stella goes into the Legendarium world alone to reclaim her crown from Darcy but ends up in an endless maze of tunnels.

Darcy tricks Stella into giving up her crown. In the Legendarium world, Stella attacks Darcy but she gets away. Back in the Solarian palace, Bloom and the others are still fighting the Light Orcs while King Radius and Queen Luna are protected by Bloom's Red Dragon Orb spell. With help and guidance from Eldora, Stella reclaims her crown and sends Darcy running.

The Winx head to planet Zenith to earn a special kind of techno-magic to find the invisible Cloud Tower and meet Tecna's parents. Selina releases Frankenstein from the Legendarium, who quickly develops a huge romantic crush on Tecna. The monster abducts Tecna and takes her in the Legendarium world, and the Winx Club follow him to save Tecna. but before they succeeding to save Tecna, Stormy shows up and stands in their way. They fight, and meanwhile Frankenstein seeing Stormy, and falls in love with her instead. He takes a flower and breaking the door of the castle and runs to Stormy, giving her the flower and hugging her. Tecna is freed by this, and the Winx Club escape the Legendarium world back to the real world, as well as Stormy who gets back to Cloud Tower with the flower Frankenstein gave her. This causes the Trix and several Cloud Tower witches to laugh at her.

Musa opens up a music-themed Cafe in Magix. This draws the attention of Stormy and Alfea Students. Roxy attends the Grand Opening but Stormy crashes it. Stormy and Musa's long time rivalry gets ahead of them. Bloom and the Others try to find The 4 Mystical Minerals, the key to merging The Silver Spear and Fantasy Emerald. Selina (upon Icy's orders) send the monster Rumpelstiltskin to annihilate Musa. When Stormy captures Musa in a net, Roxy tries to stand up to her but ends up failing. Rumpelstiltskin steals Musa's voice and almost everything is turned upside down.

The Winx goes back to Alfea, after their failure against Rumpelstiltskin inside the Legendarium world. They are resting and thinking on a way to defeat him and take Musa's voice back. They figure out how to defeat him, and eventually going back to the Legendarium world. They are fighting him, and eventually he offers the Winx a trade: Musa's voice for the Legendarium key. The Winx agree to the trade, but the Trix shows up and blasts the box that contained Musa's voice. In Alfea, Musa is fighting some witches from Cloud Tower and successfully defeats them. She gets her voice back due to her believing in herself.

The Trix challenge Bloom to fight Selina in a one-on-one duel. Bloom agrees, and the two former best friends battle one another while the rest of the Winx is fighting the Trix. Eventually, Selina restrains Bloom with her snakes spell and manages to take a tremendous portion of the mighty Dragon Flame. She jubilantly flies back to Cloud Tower to release Acheron. Bloom goes back and tells the Trix about Selina's actions against them, and the Trix angrily fly back to Cloud Tower to find out if this is true.

With the immeasurably limitless power of the Dragon Fire now in her hands, Selina releases Acheron at last. The Trix are shocked when the dark sorcerer explains that Selina had never been really working for them in the first place and that she was for him. He overpowers the Trix with ease and sends them into the Legendarium world within their own mythical tale. On planet Domino, everyone prepares for Daphne and Thoren's wedding. During the ceremony, Bloom is contacted telepathically by a betrayed and tearful Selina who tells her that she had released Acheron and he is now annihilating the magical universe. Acheron gloats and reveals to a hurt Selina that she was never meant to rule by his side with extraordinarily strong powers and all he intends to do is to rule all worlds of the whole magic universe, including Earth, for himself.

Stella, Musa, Tecna, Flora and Aisha still fend off the dragons with Selina watching on the sidelines. in the Legendarium world, the Trix brutally attack Bloom and nearly kill her. Bloom manages to find her inner strength and bravery and keeps the Trix inside the Legendarium world while she returns to the real world. Bloom gives Selina the key who chooses to lock it, therefore imprisoning both the Trix and Acheron inside the evil book for good. Selina later makes up with her fairy godmother Eldora and returns to being a fairy under Eldora's tutelage. Daphne and Thoren's wedding goes on. At the end, Daphne throws the bouquet, which is caught by Kiko.
