banglardamal.org is a consulting, construction and R&D firm that is primarily focused on consulting on ICT sector for datacenter and similar works. The company also works for datacenter and other ICT related construction works. At this moment, the company is directly working in hospitality sector for improvement of ICT@hospitality. Apart from this, the company has plan to work in the field of consumer and industrial electronics and electrical works, devices, home automation, building automation, building management system etc. As part of legacy, the company will continue its R&D wing for advancement of the world and country.
History
Founding the company
In 2005, Abdul Quader Munshi, mostly known as Mishu started his own private R&D lab on his rooftop, which was based on networking and web hosting. From there the journey started and he setup his own IP-Telephony setup for R&D on IP-Telephony. Later when he was studying on other services like DNS, email, even routing and switching, firewall, and many similar ICT related issues, he discovered he needed more space, but the lab could not give him any more space. From there the idea of developing his own datacenter came out and he started to build his own datacenter. During that time, as an under-grad student of Electronics and Telecomm, he had to do many projects. Most of them were based on 3-tire architecture and that opened up the idea of social networking sites also. But due to lack of available programmers, he could not continue that project. But these overall opened up the broad idea of datacenter, colocation centre, even many other ICT related services and projects. During the R&D time, when he was working on networking and IP-Telephony, he did several research on converged networking of voice, video and data. This experience lead him to do consultancy and work as project director for the country's largest resort hotel Ocean Paradise Hotel & Resort, located at Cox's Bazar. This is the most advanced hotel in the country with the most sophisticated ICT setup, that he named, it@hospitality. Later he started to work on electronics also, and got several orders from the hotel for BMS and other works. With those, during his last year of graduation, he started to do his research strongly and published several research parers in [ieee] and other journals internationally. With these all experiences, on 2014, he decided to come to market commercially to create a local brand, which will do consultancy and construction. Apart from that, with the research and experience, he decided to produce various electronics for both consumer and industrial markets. With the goal of both commercial and R&D, the company received the license to work commercially on December 31st, 2014.
Current growth
The company was founded in 2005 and is slowly growing. When it was founded first, it was just a backyard R&D on simply networking and web technology. Later it got involved in not just ICT, but voice calls and then it entered the world of electronics. The company is currently ready for ICT and Datacenter related consultancy and construction. Also the company is now getting ready for electronics production.
Products
At this moment, the company is providing consultancy and ready for construction job. Also it is preparing it's several other products in the field of electronics for consumer and industry, which are now under R&D.
