The Edge Afternoons with Guy, Sharyn and Clint is a radio show on The Edge radio station in New Zealand. It features Guy Williams, Sharyn Casey and Clint Roberts as hosts, and is broadcast on weekdays from 3pm until 7pm.
Show and Listeners
The show started in 2014 after the hosts of the old afternoon show, Carl Fletcher and Vaughan Smith, quit to work at a rival station.[1] Segments include Uberfacts, How Does It Feel, What's in Guy's Mouth, Sharyn-isms of the Week, Technologuy and The Guy, Sharyn and Clint AMA. Chang Hung serves as the show's producer.[2]
The show is rated the #1 Drive Show in New Zealand by a market survey[3] and received approximately 227,300 listeners every week as of 2014.[4] The show is also available live on The Edge mobile app and as a podcast on iTunes. The Facebook page for the show had just under 50,000 'likes' as of March 2015.[5]
In 2015 it was announced that Guy, Sharyn and Clint would also host The Xtra Factor, a bonus show following The X Factor. The first episode of The Xtra Factor aired on March 15, 2015.[6]
