Delete. The article provides no evidence of notability, and I have been unable to find any. Ok, "might have coverage in the future" and "Could just be a matter of time before it gets noticed"; if it does become notable, then an article can be created. May I ask, where are the citations/references for this article? https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/As_Is_%28Nitzer_Ebb_EP%29

and I am sure I can find several others in just minutes.
