The Proscenium at Rockwell is a development by Rockwell Land Corporation. It stands with four residential towers, office tower, and retail designed by Architect Carlos Ott.

About the Proscenium at Rockwell

The Proscenium at Rockwell is an ongoing luxury development by Rockwell Land designed by “starchitect” Carlos Ott, who is known for the L’Opera de la Bastille in Paris.[1] It is comprised of residential, retail, office, amenity and cultural spaces.[2] The Proscenium at Rockwell is located in the 3.6 hectare property formerly known as the Colgate-Palmolive Philippines Headquarters.[3] Its four residential towers, namely the Kirov, Sakura, Lincoln[4] and Lorraine. The fifth tower named "The Proscenium Tower" will provide office spaces.
