Should WP:USEENGLISH apply here? Should the article title be Federal Agency for Technical Relief? A reliable source shows the English name to be Federal Agency for Technical Relief [1] EricSerge (talk) 18:06, 15 August 2011 (UTC)[reply]

Otto Lummitzsch

The German Wikipedia has an article about Otto Lummitzsch, who founded Technische Nothilfe after World War I and Technisches Hilfswerk after World War II. Is there any graceful way to mention this in the article? J S Ayer (talk) 01:40, 2 August 2014 (UTC)[reply]
