Taras Kulakov, better known as Crazy Russian Hacker, is a Russian-American YouTube personality best known for his DIY and life hacks. As of August 2015 he has over 5.6 million subscribers and is one of the top 200 subscribed Youtubers. He has a dog named "Luke", which is highly popular among viewers.

He is a moderately active youtuber who releases one new video per week, primarily focusing on life hacks and DIY topics. His videos range from ten sponge hacks to chemiluminescence in action. He has a good sense of humor and a Russian accent. The only guest appearing in his videos is his dog, Luke. His original channel, origami786, was created on October 2009 and contained origami videos. His newer channel under his name, Taras Kul, has over 1 million subscribers.
