George Ryan Ross (b. August 30 1986) is the lyricist/guitar player for the pop rock/electronica band Panic! at the Disco with members Brendon Urie, Spencer Smith, Jon Walker and formerly Brent Wilson.

Born in Las Vegas, Nevada, Ross quit the University of Las Vegas after one semester in order to focus on the band. His parents were not happy, and Ross had to struggle with his father's dependency on alcohol (which inspired his writing on the songs 'Camisado' and 'Nails For Breakfast, Tacks For Snacks'.) The band was signed by Fall Out Boy bassist/lyricist Pete Wentz to his label Decaydance and their first album, "A Fever You Can't Sweat Out," was released in September 2005.
