The first sentence needs a rewrite. While it is not possible to move through ones local Lorentz frame faster than the speed of light, it is possible to use various tricks involving "coordinate acceleration" to span vast distances and beat a light ray not traveling with you. Such schemes are fully consistant with General Relativity, and the impediments to realizing them are tecnological, not conceptual. "Considered by science not to be possible" needs to be replaced by a somewhat less restrictive phrase. Particularly in light of the fact that some of the schemes described in the articles indexed in this category are based on papers in peer-reviewed scientific journals, which presumedly have been thoroughly checked for incorrectness. The main article for this category Faster than light treats FTL travel as an afterthought. That doesn't seem to be the best choice for a category's main article. I'd suggest at least organizing the main article better. Kortoso (talk) 18:16, 3 December 2015 (UTC)[reply]
