Maraghei is a moribund Northwestern Iranian language. It is spoken in the Gilan Province, and upper Rudbar area (Rudbar-e Alamut).[1] The language is closely related to Talysh and Gozarkhani, and falls under the Qazvinic (spoken in Qazvin Province) language.[2] One dialect spoken is Dikini, there are also various other dialects.[1]
