Rick Schwartz is an American film and television producer and financier based in New York, whose credits include The Departed,[1] Black Swan,[2][3] Gangs of New York, Machete,[4] The Others,[5][6] and Lip Sync Battle.[7][8]

In 2008, Schwartz founded Overnight Productions.[9] He has contributed articles to The Huffington Post,[10] Times of London, ESPN's Grantland, and The Daily Beast.[11]
