In 2004, Helen posed nude for British men's magazine Penthouse.

In August 2006, Helen confirmed she will once again be posing nude. She has cited her reason for doing so as "I'm nearly 40, and it's quite flattering to know that magazines still think I'm attractive enough to get my kit off for them at my age and now that I've got the offer to do it again, why not?". No further details have yet been given, apart from confirmation that it will be a full frontal nudity shoot.
