This process was created to allow unregistered users to add new files to Wikipedia with the assistance of experienced Wikipedians. If you would like to upload an image yourself, you can create an account and after four days and 10 edits you will be autoconfirmed and able to upload files. However, please consider uploading free files over at the Wikimedia Commons (instructions for creating an account there can be found here).

Article To Be Used On/Reason For Upload: This image is placed in the infobox at the top of the article discussing the Deciphering the Mechanisms of Developmental Disorders (DMDD)programme, a subject of public and wide scientific interest. The significance of the logo is to help the reader identify the organisation, assure the readers that they have reached the right article containing critical commentary, and illustrate the organisation's branding message in a way that words alone could not convey. The DMDD article has not been made live, and is under final test in my sandbox area, awaiting the logo to be included before being made live.
