I am not Wikipedia literate so I don't know if this is appropriate but I think the article should mention Mr. Elkins association with payday loans. It was mentioned on national TV (Last Week Tonight August 2014) It is also mentioned in the Houston Chronicle and the Texas Observer. These could be reliable sources and worth adding to the article because of the coverage as well being relevant because of Mr. Elkins considerable investment.
