Suspected sockpuppets

Sounds like a duck quacking into a megaphone to me, further hoaxing on rugby league-related articles Satellizer el Bridget (Talk) 11:43, 10 June 2016 (UTC)[reply]

  • [Still active]. I got blocked for *removing* this user's vandalism, then had the block extended by asking for an explanation of the first block, so can't see why the kid gloves are being applied here.

  •  Clerk note: @Satellizer: Can you list and provide an explanation for representative diffs from 211.30.131.54 and Starstarstar123 or a sock from the archives? I flipped through a couple random contribs and saw no immediate red flags. You're more familiar with this sock drawer, can you explain? Kevin (aka L235 · t · c) 20:25, 11 June 2016 (UTC)[reply]
This guy has had a long history of introducing hoaxes to articles, especially in the form of details/results of rugby league sports matches that have yet to be announced and/or played. 211.30.131.54 has vandalized‎ 2017 Rugby League World Cup and 2016 Rugby League Four Nations with his fake nonsense, mirroring Starmaker1234's efforts on 2016 State of Origin series, 2016 Rugby League Trans-Tasman Test Match, Cheeselandabc's vandalism on 2017 State of Origin series as well as 2017 Rugby League World Cup (same article as this IP). A quick glance at the other sockpuppets' edits will show very similar editing styles and hoaxes. Satellizer el Bridget (Talk) 03:53, 12 June 2016 (UTC)[reply]
