WW2 Luegenpresse

We ought not forget that the 'lying press'actually existed during WW2.

After numerous instances when the British press wrote that Hitler was antagonistic to Britain, Hitler wrote a letter to Lord Rothermere that stated he had made 4,000 to 5,000 speeches and in them had neither written nor spoken one word against Britain or its interests.
