TATACLiQ.com is an Indian and e-commerce company, omni- channel marketplace for selling curated brands internet. It is a platform where consumers can order, collect, return and exchange products from anywhere, anytime, either online or at physical partner stores[1]. It is headquartered in Mumbai, Maharashtra. TataCliQ is a subsidary of TATA Group owned 90% by TATA Industries and 10% by Trent, the retail arm and is run by TATA Unistore.

Tata CLiQ works with following channels - Curated marketplace - The company has partnered with a select number of brands across each category, offering curated set of products to choose from

Omnichannel - Through its omnichannel offerings, one can avail of a number of convenient options. A few of the key omni-channel services include:

CLiQ & PIQ - Customers are able to purchase products off the Tata CLiQ website and then pick up their orders from a choice of nearby stores of the brand Return to Store - If a customer wishes to return or exchange an order, they can simply walk into the nearest store of the brand and do so Ship from Store - If an item ordered is available at the nearest store of the brand, it can be directly delivered to the customer

Brand storefronts - Each brand that partners with Tata CLiQ is provided with a dedicated storefront, which mirrors the brand’s unique style and ideologies. The storefront showcases the brand’s hero products and allows customers to view its look-books
