Hi. Thank you for your recent edits. Wikipedia appreciates your help. We noticed though that when you edited Donald Templer, you added a link pointing to the disambiguation page Death anxiety (check to confirm | fix with Dab solver). Such links are almost always unintended, since a disambiguation page is merely a list of "Did you mean..." article titles. Read the FAQ • Join us at the DPL WikiProject.

more guns less crime

Hi, Is there anything else in this source that would qualify as opposition? [1]. non-significant appears to neither confirm or deny the theory. Darkstar1st (talk) 15:26, 18 August 2016 (UTC)[reply]

firearm-related homicide rates, not crime as a whole, rather a specific tiny minority of total crime. Darkstar1st (talk) 22:17, 18 August 2016 (UTC)[reply]

Having read the talk page, I am prepared to AGF that this is not a hoax, but I have PRODded it s failing WP:N and WP:V, and will AfD if the PROD is removed. Regards, JohnCD (talk) 11:31, 19 August 2016 (UTC)[reply]

The article on the Relationship between Tyranny and Arms Control is no longer a draft.

The article may be a stub for the moment, but the first paragraph of the introduction is completed. The article should now be published and open for additional contributions.

Proposal: New Page Reviewer user right

A discussion is taking place to request that New Page Patrollers be suitably experienced for patrolling new pages. Your comments at New pages patrol/RfC for patroller right are welcome. Kudpung กุดผึ้ง (talk) 17:30, 28 August 2016 (UTC)[reply]

Backlog

The NPP backlog now stands at 13,158 total unreviewed pages.

Just to recap:

  • 13 July 2016: 7,000
  • 1 August 2016: 9,000
  • 7 August 2016: 10,472
  • 16 August 2016: 11,500
  • 28 August 2016: 13,158

You naturally don't have to feel obliged, but if there's anything you can do it would be most appreciated. I've spent 40 hours on it this week but it's only a drop in the ocean.--Kudpung กุดผึ้ง (talk) 17:30, 28 August 2016 (UTC)[reply]

Proposed deletion of Bad Internet

The article Bad Internet has been proposed for deletion because of the following concern:

Not notable enough. A web series with minimal coverage.

While all constructive contributions to Wikipedia are appreciated, content or articles may be deleted for any of several reasons.

You may prevent the proposed deletion by removing the {{proposed deletion/dated}} notice, but please explain why in your edit summary or on the article's talk page.

Please consider improving the article to address the issues raised. Removing {{proposed deletion/dated}} will stop the proposed deletion process, but other deletion processes exist. In particular, the speedy deletion process can result in deletion without discussion, and articles for deletion allows discussion to reach consensus for deletion. Hi there Everymorning, I just had a note through from you that you felt our Eekeemoo page didn't meet the criteria to be included in Wikipedia. Is there anything that we can change to alter this decision? Many thanks ~~Goldborough Studio~~ — Preceding unsigned comment added by Goldborough studio (talkcontribs) 16:25, 5 September 2016 (UTC)[reply]

If you can find reliable independent sources about the character/comic and add them to the article thatd be great. Everymorning (talk) 16:33, 5 September 2016 (UTC)[reply]

Category policy

Could you point me to the guideline or policy that says that people shouldn't be in this category? Thank you! Cyberflag1 (talk) 13:08, 7 September 2016 (UTC)[reply]

  • I'll be honest, I wasn't basing my decision to remove Heilman from that cat on policy; I just looked in the cat and didn't see any other people in it. Aside from that, given that the article in question is a BLP we should be careful when adding it to controversial cats (which of course would include "Wikipedia controversies"). Finally, a person isn't really a controversy; now if there were an article about his dismissal from the Board of Trustees, you could definitely add that to the "Wikipedia controversies" cat. Adande Thorne's date of birth - (OkarPro)

Hello Everymorning,

If you have read the talk page on Adande's wikipedia page - there is in fact strong evidence that he was not born in 1987 as stated on his Myspace. However, almost all of this evidence is now unobtainable due to Swoozie deleting/privatizing these videos. When do you believe Adande was born? If you believe it to be 1980 - why do you think he lied on his MySpace account even though he had a very small audience at the time? Thanks for taking the time to reply!
